Misc. "Tricks" for Large Heterogeneous Network

• Add wrapper script to allow transparent use across platforms
• syslog entry to do central logging (very handy)
• /appl/sudo -> $SERVER:/usr/local/share/sudo
• rdist used to push executeables/sudoers across $SERVERS
• SCCS used to track changes to sudoers
• Truly single sudoers file ... try to keep it that way
• Note that ALL=ALL really is that!
• We use YP/NIS for name service
