Update/HUP Syslog.conf on loghost(s) and clients

Following is added on the loghost

 \# syslog configuration file.
 ...;local2.info /.../messages
 local2.info /.../sudolog

And here is what is added on the clients

 local2.info /var/adm/sudolog
 local2.info @loghost
 local2.info @loghost2
