Setup of Swatch

• Snarf it down, get Perl if needed, and go!
• Test a bit, and then have auto-startup
• Log to file first ... see what you get!
• Filtering Rules: Only what I expect, or everything but excluded stuff ... or BOTH!
• Fix things that are wrong FIRST ... then filter
• Crank up the volume with syslog.conf
• Now roll that out on all of your workstations!!!
