System WATCHer

• Swatch is Public Domain software available at:
      swatch.sourceforce.net
      Note that Todd is working on a 3.x version.
• Requires Perl (Swatch2.2 doesn`t work well with Perl5 - use Swatch2.1)
• Allows you to filter syslog messages and do actions
• It is simple to use/setup!
• You still need to fix things ... but much easier to know `bout `em! ;-)
